Mercure Hotel, Picton and more chaos in Tunisia

want to show you my work at the Mercure Hotel Picton Marlborough Sounds.

This is the breakfast room (Also the room where there is dinner), have been responsible for since the morning's breakfast. Mostly I'm alone, sometimes we are in pairs, groups or come when the hotel is booked.

Well, now to work: in short, all corrosive degree is here. Most of the staff at the hotel are arrogant, stiff and stupid. The guests are rich and snobbish. One must crawl inside all the time somewhere, if you understand what I mean .... The pay is minimal. The mood is tense as it fights between the kitchen and give service, service and reception and reception and kitchen. So virtually everywhere. In my hostel (the only one that makes better prices if you stay longer) teeming with cockroaches and it is dirty and get loud, barely sleeping. By the by, I prefer to tomorrow, to a more expensive hostel (apartments or there are not degrees) and then I pay so much that I would get a total of 45-50 hours with ner-week plus 50 € / week, and sorry , it's worth it at all times. Because of that I have drawn my conclusions and had terminated after 5 days (I now realize that I'm the 5th this season, which has terminated, all due to the same Things) and must, by contract, still 2 weeks left until I can go. And then I'm something of fast times out of here ....
They wanted me to stay 2 months, but hey, I see a not really that I feel bad for 2 months if I only would have a short time in New Zealand. That's the luxury I have here: if I do not like, then I just go again :-) Would not the home.

But what concerned me the most here is the political situation in Tunisia. Granted, you can get here in the media actually do with it, but certainly in the internet, and especially from my sister at first hand. The feeling is if the main human-ie my sister and the kids are in that situation right now and could not even leave the country, I do not describe. Terrible! I just hope the situation calms down soon. I can only hope ...
